A while back I was on a similar drug combo -- Celexa and Dexedrine, and I felt similar to the way you are feeling. Although some folks do well on Celexa, I felt it was one of the worst drugs I've ever taken. It completely negated the good things about Dexedrine. Prior to beginning Celexa, I'd been on the same dose of Dex for a long time. Once I added Celexa, I had to continually increase the Dex dose in an attempt to counteract the apathy and fatigue caused by Celexa. I was always tired and I lost my motivation and drive to do anything on Celexa. I don't think Prozac is as bad as Celexa as far as those side effects are concerned, but Prozac and Celexa are in the same class of drugs (SSRI's), so perhaps some adjustments are in order.
