Ongoing withdrawal effects

Posted by Squiggles on July 16, 2002, at 17:09:33

Hello,

Ever since I tried to withdraw from
clonazepam (a mistake in retrospect),
i developed some serious and some not
so serious effects. The not so serious
effects are

- something like sinusitis, hard to describe;
- gastrointestinal problems, frquent diarrhea
(but that had gone one during the withdrawal for
a year or so);
- still have the fluctuations in fever and
blood pressure but much better once my dr. allowed
me to increase the dose.

I have now increased the dose of clonazepam
even higher than when I started to withdraw.
Because I cut the pills (6x .250) per day, i
notice that i have lapses of head problems, which
go away either with the clonazepam (faster) or
with the lithium I take.

I am hoping that it is a matter of time and
not some irreversible state of affairs. Any
feedback/info. appreciated.

Thank you

Squiggles
