Seroquel safety

How safe is Seroquel? My pdoc just prescribed 25 mg for insomnia and anxiety. I know I will be on something for the rest of my life (I've had no success going med-free for past year), but from what I've read about Seroquel, it may be like a high stakes game of Russian roulette. Movement disorders? TD? Yikes!
