Hi Cindylou. I just went to the website to check it out. It mentions that this stuff is herbal, but there is no mention of what the ingredients actually are It could be a combination of valerian, kava kava, hops, scullcap, etc. . products such as these can be found in health food stores in combinations that are said to reduce stress and promote peaceful feelings. I have never found any major relief from these kinds of products.
I am curious about what the ingredients are for this product, but I am also skeptical, especially since the website is so vague.
