remeron to seroquel

Just a few notes, i switched from remeron to seroquel and feel alot better. Remeron made me eat like a pig, and did not give me the dopamine blockade i needed. I sleep alot better now, but feel a bit groggy in the am. anyone have luck with seroquel. Also i have a question.
I read its a very short half life 6-7hrs. So after it wears off, say at 4pm it is still working at all, via dopamine blocking or 5ht2 blockade?
