I have been dx'ed at Bipolar II and I have found Pstims to be extremely helpful in terms of depression and low-energy(Dexadrine Spansules 10mg/3xday). I have not experienced mood swings while I'm taking Dex but, like just about everyone else, I have experienced some withdrawal symtoms when I stopped taking it... fatigue, slight depression, etc.

There is some reason for caution, however, since Pstims have been known to "cause" mania in some people who are dx'd as Bipolar. Personally, I have taken Dexadrine on and off for years and I have never experienced mania as a result.

Take care,
suji :-)
