I agree with you. In fact, I wish there was a natural way to cope with depression and anxiety through either herbal medicine, vitamins and cognitive therapy. Do you know of any alternative medicines that might help? I am sick of taking Paxil, and I remember being more alert and aware of my surroundings before I started taking it. Paxil did relieve my depression and anxiety somewhat, but I don't enjoy being aloof all of the time. I just wish things could be normal again like they used to be.
