> Hello, im currenlty on 75mg of zoloft for weeks now. My libido sucks. Im taking testosterone boosters and still no luck. I dont have sex drive and it take hours to orgasm. This is depressing me enough, though my depression is better. Imay dropp the zoloft and up my remeron to 45mg and see how i feel. If no go, add a stimulant to zoloft, or upp the zoloft over 100mg.

Yep, this is very typical on the SSRIs like zoloft. I do sympathize though, I had the same problem when I was on an SSRI..

If you can't tolerate the sexual dysfunction (I couldnt) then I definitely would give Remeron a try...just make sure that you taper off the zoloft ( DO NOT stop cold turkey) and of course, this should all be under the guidance of your doctor.

Be aware that Remeron often makes people very sedated/fatigued and causes weight gain in many. Fortunately there are no sexual side effects...

What other AD's have you tried? Have you thought about Wellbutrin? Are you suffering just from depression or what other psychiatric disorders do you have?
