Guy, you can get through this difficult time.
It's natural for anxiety to cause the sort of pain you experience -- the associated muscle tension can do all sorts of things to our bodies.
I know it's hard to believe now, but you can learn skills and take medications to handle the anxiety. It's natural for there to be times that it worsens.
I suggest 'working' more with your doctors. There is hope. What do you want your future to look like? Focus on that.
