Xanax, without a doubt. I take up to 6mg/day- and as far as 'addiction' most psychotropic drugs fit that description- with AD's possibly the worst in terms of withdrawal, 'poop-out', etc. I just get mad when people and drs. think benzos are addicting and other drugs aren't.
