I currently take 400mg and I believe my pdoc said the top end should not go beyond 400mg. He also told me in the beginning as i was dosing up that some people do respond at the lower doses in that 50mg range. Lithium seems to make my Lamictal work better. Goodluck. mixedstates999@msn.com
