But lately I went on Gabitril as mood stabilizer and it has been helping me get to sleep very well, maybe even tooo well. But, I don't know what your diagnosis is, so whatever.

You can buy the diphrenhydramine (Benadryl) by itself-don`t use the ones with tylenol added unless you`re also in pain, too much tylenol is bad for your liver. Cecilia
