Why do you want to try another SSRI, but not another antidepressant?

I had some narcolepsi-like attacks in the past, and slept over 10 hours every day.

The antidepressant that saved my life was mianserin, an older, extremely sedative antidepressant. The AD's having sedative effecs doesn't mean that, that effect will last throughout the day, but it possibly might. A newer AD, Remeron (starting from 30 mg/day, as it might be more sedating in small doses) might be a choice I think.

From my perspective, the AD's I found to be sitimulating are: Tolvon(mianserin), Remeron, Reboxetine, Aurorix(moclobemide; and NONE of the SSRI's, but YMMV as always.
