Hi. Tegretol (carbamazepine) is available over here but principally for epilepsy; UK docs are generally a little reticent to prescribe off label (if that's what you need). If you've already been taking it you shouldn't have any problem in getting a specialist to prescribe it though. You'll just have to take the std blood tests again. I've been offered it recently on the NHS for Bipolar and as an AD augmentor previously.
