I would not come off the serzone quite so suddenly. In general, you should find a caring doctor you are comfortable with and that you trust, especially if you are going to be modifying your med regimen.

In this case, I would go see your doctor as soon as you can. Maybe there are some meds that she can give you to calm your immediate anxiety.
