I am really sensitive to caffine so maybe it is the guarana that is giving me the energy rush. I did look it up on PUBMED and found this article. I think I am getting addicted to this stuff. I even went and bought 5 cases of the stuff. My husband thinks I'm nuts, so what's new, ha ha I am....
