Geno,
remember that sam-e is a very mild serotonin enhancer.
Nothing to compare to SSRI work.
I my opinion, sam-e should be taken alone, not in combo with other antidep.
Otherwise, it's mild effects could be covered by a heavy work Ad like Remeron.
