Well, since I'm only going to take the 200 mg. of SAM-e, I'll just stick to my super B. I don't eat a lot of food with my vitamin, just a Weight Watchers Bar, which is about 120 calories. I always thought the food was to prevent stomach aches. See what I know.

P.S. Aha, Ron! You were wrong at last! (See Iso's post about the B2, not B12.) And I'm afraid the mug is just not big enough.
