Hi,

I don't know how you define "longterm," but I have been on WB SR since June of 1999. I have briefly taken it with nothing except neurontin, but that was not enough. I have had some success with WB and Remeron with Neurontin added later; problems with WB and Celexa; most success with WB and Serzone.

It generally has worked best for me as the primary drug, although now I am taking equal doses of WB and Serzone (300mg each). Of all of the drugs (I've also taken Zoloft, Effexor and Lithium) I have found that WB has helped me the most and would be very reluctant to give it up.

Good luck.
