I began Effexor XR for depression and anxiety about a month and a week ago...currently I am on the 75mg/day dose. In the beginning I definitely noticed increased energy, less depression and less anxiety, however, recently these have been less noticeable. I feel tired again and anxious. Do you think I may be in need of a dose increase or is this the pattern? And am I doing this posting stuff right?
