For instance, I did OK on Prozac in combination with Xanax, but I couldn't tolerate Zoloft, Effexor or Wellbutrin on their own, they made me irritable and agitated. But when I combined Wellbutrin with Klonopin there was no problem.

The bad side effects I had from the Remeron plus Dexedrine combo were severe headaches, very high blood pressure and, at times, rapid heart rate. I have a very hard time combining meds, but I need both an antidepressant AND a small dose of stimulant, so I was hoping that the combo you take might help me. I will discuss it with my psychopharmacologist this week. Thank you for your help.
