What you need to do is go to a really good health food store.
Not one of those GNC deallies. A genuine health food store with
a refrigerator. Get the refrigerated bottled oil. Probably if you are taking
those pills you aren't taking a strong enough dose. Get the real
deal, the cold-pressed refrigerated oil and take 1-2 table/tea
spoons per day. If your lucky you'll notice a difference the
same day, in a few days. Definately in a few weeks. I like the
Spectrum brand, they are well reputed.Best of luck,

> About that ESSENTIALMAX product you mentioned, is it expensive? Does it have a lot of fat calories in it? I live in TX too and may be able to find it, I keep hearing so much good stuff about the AD properties of these oils I'd like to give them a run, but the evening primrose oil is so expensive I've just been using the fish oil caps fot the last week or so and so far no noticeable response.
