I know it sounds nuts but I'm on 300 mg/day wellbutrin plus I'm up to 30 mg/day dexedrine and I can't even tell that I'm taking the dexedrine yet. I go back to see my pdoc next monday and I'll see if I need to keep titrating up or try something else. I guess the reason why I can do this is I'm the type of person when I get depressed I just turn into a blob. All I want to do is sleep or sit around. On top of that it looks like I have an inattentive form of ADD that makes you unmotivated and feel "out of gas" all of the time. If it wasn't for these two drugs I know I wouldn't be able to maintain a full time job.
