IN fact, I've lost weight, am mentally more alert and it doesn't make me tired at all. I guess it depends on how your body is affected by it. Hmmm. Wild.
The only side effect I've had is upper abdominal pain. Like lactose intolerance. I hope THAT goes away soon.
