The sleepy spells and insomnia will go away when you develop a tolerance for the Celexa, as most people do.

Even if your depression will spontaneously end without medication, consider giving the Celexa a six-month try for the prevention of a threat to your emotional well-being.

The SSRI class of medications has been around for over 15 years now, and their side-effect profile is benign. If there were any terrible, widespread, and long-term effects from these medications, they would be removed from the market by the U.S. FDA.
