Clonidine is worth a try. It's not addictive like benzos but it is a blood pressure med so you have to taper it when getting off. Anyways, it's a very sedating drug and has very few side effects. I take it to help me sleep since I take Adderall. It has anti-anxiety and calming effects. I take .1 mg.
