I had vivid dreams at one point in my life, without meds. It took hours each day before I could figure out if it was true or not. They lasted several months, and they were all about the same fundamental issue, although the story changed from one dream to the next.

I've read posts of other people who had vivid dreams on Effexor as well as on other ADs.

Question: Do you have bruxism as a side effct of the med? That could explain the dreams about your teeth. If so, perhaps treating the bruxism would help with those dreams.

But all my teeth are permanent! So I just think, "It'll be fine, just don't jiggle it too much and it'll stay put." But they always fall out. So I end up losing 3 or 4 teeth in my dream, then wake up and feel very grateful that they are still there. Although it takes a while to get over it.
