yes, my first ad was zoloft - it worked pretty good but i had sexual side effects - my family doc switched me to effexor xr (75mg)- it was GREAT for my depression but even worse side effects.... then tried remeron, wellbutrin, serzone - no side effects but they didnt work very well for the depression.... family doc referred me tp p-doc who put me on nortriptyline.

so it seemes the best stuff for me enhances serotonin, which unfortunatly causes the sexual effects. I can see why pamelor wouldnt bring on the sexual problem, but not real sure why the p-doc thinks it will work for the depression.
