Haven't talked to you in quite awhile. How are you doing? I hope things are improving for you. My doctor has put me on 5htp,Sam-e and vitamins and I am feeling (and sleeping) SO much better. I am not 100% yet, but things are definatley improving everyday! The music is almost non-existant now, just a little when I first get up in the morning. I find myself laughing and enjoying myself and it feels so good. I still have a way to go, but thank God for the improvements! I hope things are improving for you, also.
