Sweating out meds when exercising?

Hi, I'm on 1000mg Depakote, 400mg Wellbutrin, and 1500mg Neurontin.
The problem is that the day after a really intense workout I'm extremely depressed, not tired, depressed. I drink LOTS of fluids before during and after the workout, and mantain a very healthy diet. I can't pinpoint the problem.....am I sweating out the meds lowering their concentrations? I always come back and feel better in a couple days.....
