Thank-you all for your input! I will talk to my doc about all your suggestions. It's been 4 weeks now since my re-occurence of depression.
I am getting better. It takes a long time and seems like it's taking forever, but that's all part of it. I'm up to one day at a time (from one hour at a time) I got better once before, and will beat this again!
