That depends exactly what you're looking for. If Parnate was better than Nardil for every form of depression, then Nardil would no longer be on the market.

From what I've read, Parnate seems to be more motivating and energizing than Nardil, while Nardil is calmer and more sedating (please note there are people with the exact opposite reactions to each drug, I am simply generalizing here). Both seem effective for social anxiety, but for some Nardil is better in this regard, and in some parnate is better. It requires experimentation to know which is best for you. If I were you, I'd pick Parnate if I was sleeping way too much and depressed or Nardil if anxiety is my primary problem combined with depression.
