Just a thought...
Have you ever tried Provigil instead of caffeine for the sedation?
Initial research shows that Provigil seems to be very effective at reduction
or elimination of antidepressant induced sedation.
Anxiety reactions are usually minimal or nonexistant - definitely
far less than with stimulants or stimulant/antidepressants like
Ritalin and Wellbutrin.>
