I would have a hard time believing that you could
be a reactive, mooody, sarcastic person even
while taking XANAX. Usually benzos like xanax
or klonopin mellow people out.

If you want to avoid the ssris, depending
on the frequency of your panic attacks, klonopin
is generally considered better than xanax as
a stand-alone maintanance med for panic. It
stays longer in your body so it has a more
consistent smooth response, whereas xanax exits your body more quickly and you will have more
ups and downs.

ps. I like being moody and bitchy at times too.
I prefer to call it "type A" personality though.;)
