Every morning when I wake up (very late because I have so much trouble getting up)... then about a half hour later I'm in the throes of weakness and nausea. By nightfall, I'm feeling better. This has been occurring for 3 or 4 days, and I think it's getting worse? It doesn't seem like a sickness, because it remits at night. I really really don't feel good during the day though.**********************************************
I'm taking 75mg of Luvox at bedtime, and .5mg of Klonopin spread throughout the day in four 1/16 mg pieces. About a 2 weeks or so ago, I was getting very sedated under this regimen, and reduced the Klonopin by 1/16 mg for a few days, and then another 1/16 when the sedation didn't let up. When these symptoms started, I quickly went back up to the original Klonopin dosage.
I called my pdoc, and he doesn't think it's entirely pschiatric related. He says there are strains of viruses which fluctuate on a 24 hour basis. I'd have to say that if that's what it is, then this is the first time I've ever had something like this: a virus which starts about 1/2 hr after I wake up, and gets worse everyday... but remits completely at night. In fact - for awhile last night, I felt on top of the world.
I guess my final question would be: can being in a state of depression produce virus-like symptoms??? I've been dealing with this crap for about 11 years, and I've never felt this. However, my condition seems to be getting progressively worse.
