> Effexor is the next to go I hope. Although Effexor has had the least side effects of any antidepressant I've tried, I do know how nasty coming off it can be - even after just skipping a couple of days while on holiday or whatever I hate the "shock" syndrome.

A few days? I get that feeling if I miss a dose, I take it three times a day... Maybe I should start taking more... Ughhh... That feeling of your whole body coursing w/ electricity and your brain feeling totally fried... It feels like you're going to die...

Xanax... My pdoc wont let me take more than 1.25 to 1.5 mg per day... I've been on it for about 3 month or more... I don't think I could get by w/ out it... Effexor and me don't always add up, but Im trying to stick it out until I get to some magic dose that makes everything 'click'...

Good luck... I know how it feels to skip your meds...
