Life is strange. After all the C&%# I've taken through the last 20 years or more, who would of thought a fungicide would be effective. I took a single dose a couple weeks ago, and so far so good. I suspect by lowering cortisol it adjusts my circadian rythmn. Maybe its doing something else. I just know its working. Keep well, look after yourselves.
