Yeah, tianeptine killed my appetite too. Of course, I was taking mega-doses of that. Moclobemide was even more dramatic in that regard.
Appetite can be given back pharmacologically, with many solutions, like mirtazapine, olanzapine, risperidone, or carbamazepine XR.
