I have a friend who has had chronic migraines since her teens and the poor soul is working shifts. She started celexa in February and just now has had a full month without a migraine. Hers aren't related to her menstrual cycle.

My migraines are hormone related. And effexor has helped me with other symptoms but have brought back the migraines which I haven't had for over ten years.

It was at the eight month point where I really noticed a big difference with this AD and it seems my friend too had the added benefit of her migraines lessening at the eight month point. I really think patience is a key with AD therapy, they aren't magic pills that work in an hour.
