Did you think about those things at all (like the caloric restrictions + EPA source)?hi. i have tried to avoid all vitamin A foods but I am not sure it's had an effect. I take salmon oil for the EPA. but I have't taken the salmon oil in the last 2 days. I simply dont know if it helps. perhaps I should keep taking it regardless.
