Boy can I relate to the fogginess thing, but this is one area where Lamictal is actually (mildly) helpful. I'm taking 250mg but am moving back up again on the orders of my new (& soon to be ex- ,I think) pdoc. It has mild AD properties for me; about the same as VPA & Zyprexa. It's not great but is definitely better than nothing. Ymmv etc etc..
I'd be interested to see how yr Lamictal+Prozac goes; I added Prozac myself a few weeks ago. Started Wellbutrin 2day.
