Hi Christina,
You say you have been on several ssri's, but have you been on Effexor too? I have dysthymia too and for me Effexor is great. I am on 225 mg a day now, and I feel like doing things again, I have much more energy and I even feel sociable again. I hope you too will find the right meds.
