I can tell you what it might mean from a meds point of view... After discontinuation from a med, to the point where the withdrawl symptoms have subsided, it is possible to experience later side effects of the drug just as if you were initialy taking it. The drug that isnt metabolised is stored in our bodies, and then later released producing the same effect as when we had taken the drug initially.
