hypochondriac....arrrrrrghhhh! I agree with all the other posts. Try the Mayo Clinic, they have several sites, in addition to the original in Rochester Minnesota. It is hard to hunt down solutions when you feel like sh*t, do you have some one who can be, what I like to call, your 'medical advocate'? My two cents, sounds like an autoimmune disorder, which are very hard to track down, need to find right doc and also triligual nerve, that would explain your face sensations...my dad had something similar. keep in touch.
