I think that you're talking about the Cytochrome P450 system. There was a thread last month that included a couple of good sites for more information.

The information is a little different between the 2 sites but it's a good starting place. Remember to look for Serzone under nefazadone. I don't know much about this but I do know that some of the drugs that look like they should interact don't and that you can still take many of the drugs that do by adjusting the dosage.
