I've had to quit several times, cold turkey, due to #$@# HMO. Minor problems for a few days, like shocks and very changable mood, which were totally gone in 5 days. An atavin took care of any problems. Suspect if I lowered the dose slowly I would of had no problems. A few weeks later the depression returns, of course.
