How do you know when you are taking the right dose? I take Effexor XR 225mg a day. I do see a difference, but there is room for more. My sex life is terrible!!!!!! No libido, anorgasma.... it is awful! And yes, it is VERY EXPENSIVE!!!! I don't have insurance either.Debbie
