I took 40mg Adderall today (my normal dose), was sort of tired in the afternoon, and promptly fell into a nap... and this is on top of 400mg Wellbutrin SR..

Call up your pdoc and tell him you can't sleep and ask if you can just take 20mg in the morning only for awhile, jeez I never heard of any doc starting somebody out on a max dose before.
