EFFEXOR SIDE EFFECTS HELP ME!!!!!

I tapered down off of Effexor xr for 3 weeks from 250 to 150 to 75 to 37.5. It's been 5 days since being totally off and I'm still in hell with the side effects. WHEN DOES THIS STOP?! AND what can I do differently to change this.. Shoud I go back on and stay on 37.5 longer?? Is there anything to stop the symptoms? Please email me if you can help me. thanks.!!!
