Well, you're a good writer with a sense of humor.
I walked/ran 5 miles myself while on the stuff and
nope, couldn't stop me. Dropped weight, was irritable,
helped me focus though and felt cognitively sharper.
Then the drooling started.
I'm serious! It's a side effect, albeit a rare one
but I get them. From Celexa I had bruising, Wellbutrin,
I drooled. Not like major drool, where your friends would have
to wear a shield or anything, just an occasional trickle at
rest. Strange, very strange. Headaches (they went away)
Little tremor in the hands sometimes.
I have crying spells and found myself having them
while on Wellbutrin, - I cried even more then.But, personally,despite all the side effects,
I think it is a good drug and has some
real good attributes, and by the same token some
not great- irritability (it wore off) I had
bad insomnia with it...up at 3-4am every morning. I
had to stop because of this. Give it the 6 weeks.
I only got to 250mg per day and tried it for months.
I was really hoping it was the one...I am still
searching. I would still be on Wellbutrin were it
not for the sleep issue and that it did not help
my depression which ebbs and flows from major to
middle of the road ( I yearn for minor...). I am not the poster child
for it , however.I hope you find something that works for you.
